If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and other agreements you have signed with BillMate, the specific terms of those agreements will take precedence. However, where there is no conflict, these Terms and Conditions will apply.

Limitation of Liability

BillMate, its partners, employees, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to access BillMate.us
  • Actions or statements of any third parties on BillMate.us
  • Unauthorized access to or modification of your data or communications
  • Issues arising from the use of BillMate.us services, downloads, or content

Trademarks and Use of Marks

The names, logos, and services of BillMate are trademarks. Permission must be obtained from BillMate before any use or display of these trademarks. The use of BillMate trademarks should not be assumed to be granted without explicit permission.

Account Security

Licensing and Usage Rights

If you have been granted a license to use any BillMate software, you are responsible for ensuring that it is not copied, modified, or reverse-engineered, nor distributed to others. Any misuse or unauthorized alteration of the software will result in immediate termination of the license.

  • Violation of any rules will lead to license termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and delete any associated files.

Limitation Period

You agree that any claims arising out of or related to your use of BillMate.us must be initiated within one year. After this period, claims will be considered permanently barred.
